What booking a visit means
Booking online reserves an arrival window for a visit. It does not set a price or create a contract for any work: the work and any charges are reviewed with you at the visit, and you decide whether to go ahead. To change or cancel a visit, call us. If we cannot make the window, we contact you to reschedule.
Prices and charges
This website does not quote prices or take payments. Any fees or charges are discussed with you and confirmed by our team before work proceeds.
Information on this site
Service descriptions are general information. They are not a diagnosis of your problem or a promise of a particular repair, price, or result.
Urgent situations
The form is not monitored around the clock. If there is an immediate danger to people or property, contact the appropriate emergency service first.
What you send us
Send accurate information, only photos you have the right to share, and no access codes. If you request service for a property you do not own, make sure you are authorized to do so.
Contacting you
By submitting a request you agree that we may contact you about it at the phone number or email address you provide, using the method you chose.
Service area
We serve a limited area. If your request is outside the area we can serve, we will tell you.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version on this page applies to requests submitted while it is posted.
