What this notice covers
This notice explains how Novus Contractor LLC handles the information you send through the service-request form on this website.
Information you give us
Your name, phone number, the property ZIP code, the type of problem, your description, and how you prefer to be contacted. When you book a visit: the street address and city of the property, and the day and time you choose. If you choose to add them: your email address, property type, unit, and up to five photos. Please do not send gate codes, alarm codes, or other access codes through the form.
How we use it
To respond to your request, contact you about it, schedule and perform service, and keep our business records. The form does not sign you up for marketing messages, and we do not sell your information.
Photos
Photos are stored privately and can be opened only by authorized staff of Novus Contractor LLC. When your browser allows it, photos are resized on your device before upload, which also removes location data embedded in the file.
Technical information
To limit spam, our server turns the internet address used to send a request into a scrambled value that cannot be reversed, and uses it only to count requests from the same connection. Our hosting provider may also keep standard server logs. When you send the form, a check run by Cloudflare (Turnstile) looks at signals from your browser and connection to confirm that a person, not a program, is sending it.
Service providers
We use service providers to host this website, store service requests, and deliver email such as your receipt. They process information on our behalf. When you type the property address, the suggested addresses come from Google Maps: what you type in that box is sent to Google to find matching addresses, under the Google Privacy Policy (policies.google.com/privacy).
Your browser
The site saves your language choice and your light or dark display choice in your browser. It does not use advertising cookies. If we measure website activity, we count general actions such as page visits and button clicks, and never what you type into the form.
How long we keep it
We keep service requests while they are needed to serve you and for our business records. You may ask us to delete your request.
